This interesting wine of Austrian heritage exhibits a strikingly elegant nose, with delicate fragrances of dark wild berry and fines herbes. Well balanced and savoury, it is unique for its finish edged in bitter almond, which pairs perfectly with a meat-based cuisine. It is the ideal partner to pork grills or stews and to all game, whether cured or in dishes and in Treviso with the traditional “radici e fasioi”, endive with beans. Enjoy it is as well with full-flavoured, aged cheeses. Medium-term cellaring will further enrich this wine.
