Dry sparkling wine, 11% abv, evanescent red mousse, red in colour, characteristic grapey scent, full red fruit flavour. This is the result of controlled maceration on the skins. Suitable to serve with dishes from the Mantua area, it accompanies agnoli (both in broth and not), zampone and cotechino.
Grape variety: Lambrusco Ruberti, Salamino e Ancellotta.
Serve at a temperature of 12 ° - 13 °C.
