As for the Pinot, it is grown in the Trento area and it enjoys the same careful preparation. The resultant sparkling wine process is planned according to time and method. By underlining the processing affinity with Brut di Pinot V.S.Q., we aim to emphasise the role of wine yeasts during the sparkling process, and the resulting distinctive bouquet and taste. The minimal sugar residue highlights its elegant, fruity impression, and its intense, ripe flavour, while a precise structure underlines its graceful and balanced character, as well as its taste. Trentino’s origin, generally on clay-limestone soils with hilly position.
Chardonnay. For a long time confused with White Pinot, it was introduced in Trentino at the beginning of the 20th century with the name of White Burgundry. Now Chardonnay has been enjoying for some years the recognition as a peculiar vine, particularly fit for sparkling processing.
At sight it is brilliant, limpid, with pale straw-yellow hues. Fine grain perlage with abundant and persistent foam .
Bouquet: elegant fruity notes and severe ripe fragrance.
Taste: gentle and balanced on a precise structure.
It meets the demand of character and kindness, by offering elegant personality. It is a fragrant aperitif or protagonist of a pleasant, demanding tasting. It is matched to light but valuable starters; it becomes the protagonist of important buffets.
