Collalto’s Cabernet marries the crisp, herbaceous notes of the Cabernet franc grape to the raspberry nuances classic to Cabernet sauvignon. It offers the wine lover a particularly delicious wine with only moderate alcohol and very light tannins. As such, it is perfect with aged cheeses (Imbriago, Castel de Conejan, and the like) and with all red and lighter meat dishes and grills (pork, sausages, hams).
