A classic noble variety of French origins known throughout the world. Conte Collalto takes painstaking care to ensure that its Chardonnay displays all of the variety’s rich complexity, preserving its fragrances of green apple and acacia blossom, and the naturally full flavours of perfectly-ripe grapes, harvested in the vineyards carpeting the hills surrounding the Castello di San Salvatore.
