A classic noble variety of French origins known throughout the world. Conte Collalto takes painstaking care to ensure that its Chardonnay displays all of the variety’s rich complexity, preserving its fragrances of green apple and acacia blossom, and the naturally full flavours of perfectly-ripe grapes, harvested in the vineyards carpeting the hills surrounding the Castello di San Salvatore.

Velvety and full-flavoured, this wine pairs well with both cold and hot antipasti, simple as well as festive, with
mild sausages and cold cuts, and with fresh and medium-aged cheeses. Perfect with light first courses of fish or
vegetable soups. Its firm alcohol makes it ideal for grilled fish and light meats, and dishes baked in paper.
