A careful blend of only the finest-quality Cabernet, Merlot, and Refosco grapes yields this red wine dedicated to Rambaldo VIII, a knight renowned for his wisdom and ability, who in the 13th century built the Castello di San Salvatore. In homage to his character, this wine is impressively structured and abounds in rich, spicy fragrances, making it one of Collalto’s most sought-after wines.
